The responsible party processes applicants’ personal data for the purpose of handling recruitment procedures. Processing can also be conducted electronically, especially if applicants submit their documents via email or an online form.
If an employment contract is concluded, the transmitted data will be stored for employment-related purposes in accordance with legal regulations. If no employment contract is concluded, application documents will be deleted six months after rejection, unless legal reasons (e.g., obligations under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)) prevent deletion.
